After I launched this gamification art project, Pixel N’ Brush, I completed 3 tasks: 1) Easy – Pick one shape and repeat it in different sizes to fill the page (5XP) The 1st challenge was simple to do and a good warm-up for drawing. It was also relaxing to only work with one shape.   2) Medium – Draw an Art Deco-styled lighthouse from Toco (10XP) For the 2nd challenge, it had medium difficulty and it required research for the subject and art style. I created a Pinterest board to help with reference images. The project took almost 2 hours to complete. Hi! My name is Nyasha. I am a graphic designer based in Trinidad and Tobago. I am embarking on an epic quest to reach Level 50 (500 XP) for my creative journey. There will be weekly creative challenges to level up my creativity, unlock new artistic abilities, and reignite my passion for art. Currently, for my BA in Graphic Design, there is a course called Social Media Communications, where I have to work towards a goal using social media. It took me close to 2 weeks of brainstorming, but I’ve decided to merge my love for art and creativity with the digital world. I want making art to become a regular weekly habit instead of a chore—injecting some fun and uniqueness into my creative process!
